Wilkesboro Dragway has a rich history and a beautiful landscape to go with it. Both the Olish and Salvatore families are dedicated to continue racing and bringing family centered events to the great Wilkes Community.
Donnie, Tracee, and family have owned and operated Olish Farms, Olish Petroleum, Olish Landscaping, Olish Trucking, Olish Carting and numerous other businesses for many years. Truly a well-known staple in their community, you can always count on Olish Farms for the best produce and pies found on the east end of Long Island.
They boast a beautiful facility that markets not only produce , pies, candy apples, and chocolate covered strawberries but also a gift shop in which Tracee hand selects each and every item herself. Donnie and Tracee have three children who are instrumental in their success and each work tirelessly to help keep the family business engines running smoothly.
The boys of the family all share a common bond in drag racing. Their passion for this sport brought them to Wilkesboro for an event, their desire to see this beautiful track succeed led them to the purchase of the track.

Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Paul has been working on cars since the age of 8 years old when he did his very first oil change in his sister's car. He realized at that point that cars were his passion. He has owned and operated PFAB Customs in NY , where you can find him doing all things car related. Roll cages, rebuilding motors, oil changes, conversions. You think of it, Paul can make it happen, and is bringing this talent to the Wilkesboro Dragway. When he's not working you'll find him behind the wheel of his prized possession, his 1973 Vega.
Cindy has lived in New York since 2019, but was born, raised, and spent most of her life in Anderson, SC.
