WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES?

Thursday TNT - $20 for racer $10 for spectators (Unless Otherwise Noted)

Special Events: $20 for all (Unless Otherwise Noted)

Wilkesboro Points Races: $15 for spectators/ Racers DEPENDS ON CLASS YOU ARE ENTERING.

GATE FEES ARE SET BY MANAGEMENT AND/OR BY THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE SPECIFIC EVENT. NO ONE ATTENDING THE GATE ON ANY GIVEN DAY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO DECREASE THAT FEE.

RACERS & SPECTATORS - RACE DAY AT WILKESBORO IS NOT THE TIME TO BUY, SELL, OR TRADE. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE FACILITY TO SELL, BUY OR TRADE ANY ITEM WITHOUT FIRST PAYING AT THE GATE. PLEASE MAKE THIS CLEAR TO ANYONE WHO TRIES TO ENTER BY TELLING THE ATTENDANT THAT THEY ARE SELLING A PART. THE PERSON PURCHASING THE SAID PART WILL NEED TO MEET THE SELLER AT THE GATE, UNLESS THE SELLER IS WILLING TO PAY ENTRY FEE FOR THE DAY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

RAIN CHECKS ARE GIVEN ONLY IF WILKESBORO DRAGWAY PERSONNEL CALLS THE RACE DURING TNT OR RACE DAY. IF YOU LEAVE EARLY BECAUSE OF RAIN, BEFORE THE RACE HAS BEEN CALLED, NO RAIN CHECK WILL BE GIVEN. IF WE FEEL WE CAN CLEAN THE TRACK OF ALL LIQUID, AND WE CAN SAFELY CONTINUE THE RACE, NO RAIN CHECK WILL BE GIVEN. REFUNDS ARE NEVER GIVEN. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.

CAN I BRING A COOLER?

Yes, coolers are allowed.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

DO YOU ALLOW OVERNIGHT CAMPING

YES; however, we do not have RV hookups.

CAN I BRING A 4 WHEELER, RTV, GOLF CART, ETC...

ABSOLUTELY; however, these are never allowed on the dragstrip at any time for any reason. Should we find someone to be in violation, you will be asked to put it away and if seen again by staff, we will ask you to leave the premises and disqualify the racer (if applicable) from the event.

DO YOU HAVE FOOD?

YES. Food and drinks are available during our events.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RACE END?

Races end when the last pair goes down the lanes. We have no curfew here, so we finish each race no matter the time, unless weather dictates otherwise.

ALL CLASSES - NO EXCEPTIONS –

Safety Belts/Harness, Helmet, & Long Pants are REQUIRED

Every car must pass tech inspection before running in events Top, Mod, Street, & Motorcycles – ALL racers must present a Valid Drivers’ License during tech

Street: Vehicles must be “Street Legal” with up to date tag and proof of current insurance Street cars MUST be 7.99 seconds or slower and run on pump gas (no Alcohol)

Entering the pre-stage beams signifies the Driver & Crew’s acceptance of the dial-in on the scoreboards. DEEP staging is permitted, courtesy staging is expected Drivers wishing to deep stage must CLEARLY mark “DEEP” on ALL FOUR sides of their car.

Please make your dial-in time as visible as possible. The track will not be responsible for hard to read numbers and you will not be allowed to run again if your number isn't legible. Final decision will be made by track officials.

There will be NO: Changing lanes past the entering of the staging lanes (unless instructed to do so by a track official). Changing dial-in after the commitment line at the head of the staging lanes Smoking tires/locking up brakes at the finish line Rolling burnouts (past the starting line) in Mod ET.

Racers, pit crew members, or spectators violating ANY of these rules will be given one warning, subsequent infractions will lead to immediate disqualification.

Physical, AND/OR verbal altercations with ANY member of Wilkesboro Dragway’s staff is strictly prohibited. Any infraction will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the premises. Racers, please speak to your pit crew members ahead of racing, so that they are aware of this rule. THIS RULE IS NEVER UP FOR DEBATE. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE DUE TO YOUR ATTITUDE/ACTIONS, THE DECISION HAS BEEN MADE, PLEASE EXIT THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.

FROM TIME TO TIME WE RUN NO TIME EVENTS. THIS MEANS THAT NO TIME IS SHOWN ON THE SCOREBOARD. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN TO SPECTATORS WHO WISH TO SEE TIMES DISPLAYED ON THE SCOREBOARDS. THESE EVENTS ARE MADE KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC IN ADVANCE AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF EVENT YOU ARE ATTENDING.
